Shipping Information
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery Options
- Standard Delivery — 2–3 working days
- Next Day Delivery — order before 2pm for next working day delivery (where available)
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location. Orders over £300 will receive free shipping
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read the following:
Returning an Item
- Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging

- Please include your order number and reason for return
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
